There are a number of different ways to pay:
Mail-in with Credit Card # or Money Order
1) Download the order form, fill it out, mail it in with your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex number or a money order. For customers outside Canada please send an International Money Order in U.S. Funds. Sometimes a U.S. customer will send me a domestic money order which can only be cashed in the United States. This holds up delivery of the order because the money order has to be sent back and a new on issued. It doesn't happen often, but does happen often enough to bear mentioning here.
Fax-in with Credit Card #
2) Download the order form, fill it out, fax it in with your Visa, Mastercard, or Amex number. This is faster than the Post Office and can shave a week off of your delivery. To use this option, please and I'll make sure the fax machine is on. My fax machine shares my voice line, so it's not on all the time.
PayPal
3) Paypal. Use the web cart buttons located throughout the site to choose what you like.
If there is no button beside the item it'll be a custom-knitted item and you'll have to with the details of what you're looking for so that I can work out pricing and delivery for you. For special items, we'll work out exactly what you're looking for and I'll send you a Paypal Request for Payment in Canadian Funds. Paypal will automatically convert to your local currency on your end. Once I see the request has been paid, I'll ship your order.

Payment and Returns Policies
Shipping
Shipping is via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Your item is shipped with a tracking # so you and I can tell if it gets lost in transit. Within Canada, delivery is 3 - 6 business days, delivery to the USA is about 6 - 12 business days, other international destinations are up to 30 business days. For orders of $60.00 CDN or under, shipping is $16.00. For orders over $60.00 CDN I take care of the shipping expenses. Shipping on the book "Chain Mail Basics" is FREE. This is shipped via Canada Post Regular Lettermail.
Since overseas rates vary greatly, overseas shipping charges will be added on an order - by- order basis. After you make your purchase via PayPal I'll contact you with the Overseas shipping rate. If the rate is not satisfactory to you, your order will be canceled and your payment refunded.
| If you would like to receive your order faster, click on the Premium Shipping button and your order will be shipped via Canada Post Expresspost. This level of service guarantees delivery within the continental USA within 6 business days and features station-by-station tracking so you can see where your parcel is. When I ship your item I contact you with the tracking number so you can watch it arrive. |

Customs, Taxes and Duties
These will be added to your order by the Customs Agency of your country if you live outside Canada and you will be required to pay them when you pick up your order. These charges vary from country to country and item to item. I wish they didn't exist, but they do. While we'll do what we can to minimize these charges from here, the Customs rules seem to always be changing and they are difficult to keep up with.
Custom Orders
Once we've worked out the details for your custom order I'll need a 25% non-refundable deposit to begin work on your special item. Balance is due upon completion of the work, and must be sent before the order is shipped.
Unclaimed Orders
Every effort will be made to contact you once your special order item is completed. If for some reason I am unable to contact you, the custom order will be held for you for 90 days from the date of completion. If the order is not paid in full by then, you lose your deposit and it goes into my regular stock of items to be sold for the balance owing. If it cannot be sold, it will be taken apart and used for other items.
Goods damaged in shipping are the responsibility of the courier. Please report any damaged goods claims to the carrier.
If what you received is not what you ordered (wrong size, wrong item(s), wrong style, missing item(s)), please contact me and let me know. I'll do what is necessary to make things right.
I make every effort to accurately represent the item(s) you are buying. If you are simply not happy with your order, please contact me for return instructions. You can return your order for exchange. No Refunds. Returned items will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items shipped to you under exchange will be charged a flat shipping fee of $16.00 CDN.
